Because I’ve walked this path myself. I’ve faced anxiety, imposter syndrome, and the pressure to be perfect—leading to illness. My journey to recovery revealed that I couldn’t live by others’ rules or definitions of success any longer. I needed to discover and embrace my own beliefs.
That’s why I understand how to guide you in finding your unique path (and not mine) to a fulfilling, meaningful, and empowering life.
